Scientific seminars are constantly functioned at the ITO "New in medicine". New medical directions are discussed at them, also it's own problems.

There is scientific and medical applied school where medical personnel pass their training and become familiar with the treatment method.

Special attention is paid to the teaching of new medical personnel, for these purposes lecturers from high medical institutions are invited, starting from medical colleges and up to the Bohomoltsa Medical University.

Students participate actively in scientific work , they make speeches at scientific conferences, apply claims for patents and inventions and receive them, take part in competitions of young investors etc.

As an example, Zaitsev Dmitriy, being on the third course of the Bohomoltsa Medical University took part in the competition, 2002 and according to its results was awarded by a special document of UNESCO All-World Organization of Intellectual Property, he was a prize-winner of the 3-d Competition of scientific and technical projects of young scientists "The young scientists' intellectual potential - to the city of Kiev", which was held by Kiev's State Administration and The National Academy of Ukraine.

The diploma has been received in section "New biotechnologies. Diagnostics and methods of treatment of diseases". Today the graduates of ITO "New in medicine" work in different clinics of Kiev and other cities, some of them remained to work in ITO.
