ITO "New in medicine" "Bioregulator"

Method or treatment is a volumetric pneumopressing or programmed pneumovacuum therapy, developed by Ihor Tarshinov, Honoured inventor of the USSR. This method has been granted 20 (device and methods) patents for the invention in Ukraine and Russia.

The method is based on forced speeding-up of microcircular processes. Pressure of running air wave on large-scale surface of a body is the crux of this method. The peculiarity of the method is in use of sanogenesis. The action is pressure of compressed air wave on integument, cellular tissue, subcutaneous tissue and it causes change of electrical potential of cells, piezoeffect, resonance vibration of capillary sides.

As a result tissue and gemical hypocsia are eliminated, membranes permeability is improved, removal of slag from the body is in the active form, trophic ulcers are improved, immunity is increased, intoxication syndromes are took down and as a result, removal of damage of extremities. Precapillars spasms of artery and vein anastomouses, microcerculatoric blood and lymph circulation are removed. Due to decreasing of hypocsia, nerves regulation action is stabilized. Improvement of blood circulation of the central nerve system leads to decreasing of hypertensive syndromes. Development of slow-down action in CNS is clearly seen in slackening and soporific effects, in normalizing action of vegetative nerve system , the character is invasive , don't suggest use of medical preparations.

Tests were held in the Major Clinics of Defence Ministry of Ukraine, c.Kiev, the Burdenko Instute, c.Moscow, Neurology and Psychiatry Research Institute, c. Charkov, the Shalimov Surgery and Transplantation Research Institute, c.Kiev, the Shupic Medical Academy of post-graduated education, Antarctic center at Antarctic station "Academician Vernadsky" in accord with international programs', at the State Olympic Sport-Training Center, during Olympic Games in 2002, in numerous hospitals, sanatoriums and clinics in Ukraine.

The December 22, 1995 order # 237 of the Ministry of Health Care, "Bioregulator" was entered in the State Register of Medical Technology under # 213/95, was allowed to be manufactured and to be applied in medical practice, registered in the List of Production Branches of Ukraine under # 109/15/01.

The unit can be used both at out patients departments in hospitals and as a portable device at homes of not mobile patients.

One physician and two nurses are needed for unit operation at one place of the family medicine. "Bioregulator" operation is carried out by physicians working at ITO "New in medicine".

At present the device and the treatment method are included in the Educational Aid "Reflex" (by Lysenyuk V.P., Fadeev V.A., Golovchanskyy A.M.), which was recommended by the Central methodical committee for high medical education of the Ukrainian Health Care Department as an Educational Aid for medical educational institutes of 3-4 levels of accreditation (Record of proceedings # 2 dated 03.04.2002).

So, mass training and teaching of physicians and secondary medical personnel can be conducted at the State institutions.

"Bioregulator" is like a mini-clinic. With it's help it is possible to carry out treatment of different chronic diseases. According to the investigations which were conducted with the Research Institute for state and perspective directions, the treatment is indicated for:

1. Impellent system diseases with neurologic displays because of degenerate and dystrophy processes of spinal column:
• osteochondrous, arthrosis, arthritis, polyarthritis, scolosis;
• posttraumatic affections and contractions, postinsult contractions, bedsores;
  
  2. Gastrointestinal tract functions transgressions:
• dyskinesia of bile-ducts, chronic cholecystitis;
• stomach and duodenal ulcers;
• chronic pancreatitis;
  
  3. Mixing of reflex pain syndrome during neuralgia;
  
  4. For treatment of disseminated encephalomyelitis;
  
  5. For treatment of dyscirculatory encephalopathy;
  
  6. For treatment of hyper and hypotonia, transient violation of cerebral circulation.
  
  Tests were held in Neurology and Psychiatry Research Institute, c.Charkov. The approved by the Health Care Ministry of Ukraine recommendations have been published and also monograph "Treatment of vascular diseases of spinal cord" (by Voloshin V.P., Taitslin V.I.), where programmes and treatment methods of the above mentioned diseases were included; 7. Micro and macro circular transgressions of blood circulation of upper and lower extremities: lymphostases, varicose veins, including trophic ulcers, oblitarating endarterities, oblitarating atherosclerosis, thrombosis of deep layers, angiopathy; Tests were held within the state research "Creation of technologies of therapeutic treatment and rehabilitation of extremities vascular diseases with the help of therapeutic unit "Bioregulator", No.2.99.20. Conclusion of the Ukrainian Ministry of Education and Science committee: "The committee offers to include the method of volume pneumopressing based on the system action device "Bioregulator" into practice of clinical medicine for treatment of vascular diseases by therapeutic means. To make proposal to the Council of Ministers about state order for manufacturing of "Bioregulator " device and to bring it in practice ". The methodical recommendations were published and they were approved by the Ukrainian Academy of Medical Sciences and by the Ukrainian Ministry of Health Care.
  
  8. Metabolic endocrine system transgressions:
• diabetes, adiposity, cellular. Tests were held in the Shupic Medical Academy of post-graduated education, c.Kiev. At the International Conference for endocrinology, the report was made by Buglac, Ph.of medical sciences, professor. He told: "According to our investigations, after 10-15 courses of pneumopressing , general state of patients was appreciably improved…, we observed cicatrizing of ulcers. During treatment, analyses of the most patients revealed decreasing of the sugar level and it gave us a possibility to reduce day dose of insulin on 6-10 OD". The same results were received in the medical center " New in medicine". They were reported on the conference for informotherapy, c.Kiev, 2001. When treating patients of the 2-nd type at the "Sosnovy Bor" sanatorium, the reduction of sugar content in blood was from 15 to 33 per cent from the previous indices (published in the article in "Magazine of a practitioner", by Bespalyi N.A., Ph.of medical sciences, Shatrava F.M., Ph. of medical sciences).
  
  9. Respiratory and cardiovascular system diseases:
• hypertension of 1-2 level;
• miocardiodistrophia;
• vegetative and vascular distonia;
• chronic bronchitis and chronic nonspecific pneumonia, antritis.

  Tests were conducted at the Regional Medical Hospital of Pechersk area, c.Kiev, at The Republic Clinics at "Vodnic" hospital for r/w workers. The results were reported at the International Conference for gerontology and points were published;

  
  
  10. Psycho and emotional transgressions, physical and intellect overstrain:
• after stress situations;
• depressions and neuroses; hang-over syndrome;
• before and after sport competitions for relaxation and muscles function rehabilitation.

  Tests were held at the Neurology and Psychiatry Research Institute, at the Olympic sport center during Olympic Games at Solt Lake City. The report was presented by N. , colonel of medical service, Deputy Director of the Main Regional Administration.

  11. For treatment of meteodependance, hyper and hypotonia, syndrome of chronic fatigue.
  
  12. For treatment of fractures.

Researches are being done at the Antarctic station "Academician Vernadsky" and in the area of peninsula in accord with 09.07.1997 Charter about special partnership with the countries of NATO. Research is: "Adaptation of human body in the extremes of Antarctic". According to Litvinov V.A., major-general, the Director of the station: "Received results show that the medical device "Bioregulator" can be effective in Ukraine. The interim results were reported at the Scientific Council of the Ukrainian Antarctic Center and published in the scientific "Bulletin" of the Center;

So, the conducted researches and clinical tests allow us to say that the medical device "Bioregulator" can be indispensable support for family doctors.

The method can be affected for prophylaxis, treatment and rehabilitation of patients of any age.

Statistical data, received by the Major Clinics of Defense Ministry of Ukraine, show that 78% of patients recovered, 14% improved, 8% had no changes. No worsening observed. At present about 45-50 devices operate on the territory of Ukraine, more than 50 thousand patients have passed the treatment.
